How to become emancipated from your parents?

I am 16- Years old and i live in Nevada. I have a job and my grades are pretty much all A's most of the time with an ocassional B. I am looking into getting emancipated from my mom because i just cant take it anymore. Her boyfriend that we live with yells at me everyday for things that i didnt even do. hhe verbaly abuses me by calling me names and he calls my mom names too. My mom drinks alot and is usually drunk every night. So does her boyfriend. My boyfrieends parents have offered to let me live with them but i would have to have one of my parents permision.. i asked my dad but as exspected it was a definate no. but the thing is i dont want to live with my dad because its not a good town to live in and i want better for myself thats why i want to move in with my boyfriends parents. My older sister mentioned emancipation so i thought i would look into it and ask on here to see your opionions on weather i am making the right decision..
