Why my fish keep dying when order from online?

When you order th fish are they shipped to you? if so is there food in the bag? if not shipping time=days without food. but id call the company and ask politley why my f***ing fish are dying on me. but dont get rude if they negelct to not awser your question. say "transfer me to your boss" if he neglects to tell you "say i want ot speak to your boss" and so on until you reach the ceo or owner the higher you go the more attenion you getand the more of a chance you have on solveing the problem.
