1995 ford explorer eddie bauer edition wont start?

Ive gotten the icm (ignition control module) check at a local Napa store and its fine. Tried replacing the coil, and that didnt work. Its not the fuel pump, ive already replaced that and it wont start if i spray starting fluid in it. It turns over normally but wont spark. It will start every now and then, but recently it hasnt been starting at all. Ive also run IBD-1 tests and they all came up clear. Any ideas?
