Abortion!! just isnt right or fair?

why when a person kills a pregnant female they are charged with 2 counts of murder but when a woman gets an abotion its all fine and nothing is done but killing a life,The only way i agree with abortion is if its medical concern or life and death situation.I hear alot of people say well a fetus only a few weeks to a few months isnt a baby.Im no xpert but that does not matter you have a life growing in you thats the same as one person killing another.Our bodies are not our own they belong to GOD he is the only one to hoose who lives and dies.
