Ford Explorer cruise control, blinker, and rear window problems?

On my 1995 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Edition, the cruise control will turn on and the light will come on that says "speed continuous" but it slows after releasing the gas pedal. Also blinkers don't auto turn off after a turn, started happening after my brother backed into someone while trying to parallel park. The Last problem is the drivers rear window controls doesn't work, although they work on the actual doors where the windows are. Any help would be great!
