Help me pick a good brand?

I am 18 years old and was buying clothes from buckle. I still like some of their brands but I don't think those really flashy, crazy design, and jersey shore style shirts are very gentlemen like and would like a new wardrobe. I don't want to look to preppy but still dress nice for a good price. I was looking at old navy but not sure on their quality. I was also looking at eddie bauer but i need more brands and advice. Please help.
