In light of the graphic cigarette warnings, to make smokers more aware of what?

the end results of smoking look like, shouldn't they also put posters of aborted fetuses in the waiting rooms of abortion clinics to make those having abortions more aware of what the end results look like? Doesn't the government want to save everyone from making bad decisions, or just smokers?
