What skates should I get?

I just started playing ice hockey about a year ago, and I'm using a pair of Bauer one20's. I'm playing for my high school team next year, and I need skates with a blade I can replace without replacing the runner. I know the higher end skates are stiffer. Would that make it harder for me to skate cause I'm not a great skater. I play like 2 times a week at drop in. So what skates would be the best for someone who plays 6 times a week but is still kinda beginning
