2001 Ford Expedition V8 Eddie Bauer interior light bulbs size?

I have a 2001 Ford Expedition and i wanted to change the light bulbs of the interior which would be the glow gauge, A/C lighting's, and window control lights. Basically every light bulb that I can change. And I am looking for a nice Neon Blue. If you can please tell me how many light bulbs I would need, and where i can purchase them I would thank you so much. P.S I am tired of the nasty green settings
