Why don't the guys who try to compare abortion to opting out of child support get this?

If a man doesn't pay child support, the mother and child suffer, since a child is a human life. But a woman who has an abortion is doing no harm to anyone, since a fetus is not a human life. It's not equivalent, not even close, so stop comparing them.
