Will I have to have a D&C?

Im currently going threw a miscarrige, && I started bleeding heavily and cramping friday went to ER & got pain pills I have to call my OB tomorrow & see what she wants me to do, Will I have to have a D&C??? Friday they still saw the fetus, I dont think I seen it come out? Ive seen lots of blood & clots.. What will it look like? Im very scared of a D&C! Im scared of surgery & being put to sleep!! UGH
