How can i lose 10lbs in 4 weeks?

FASTING. water fasting. I just got done with a two day water fast. I lost about 8 pounds. In two days. It also permanently increases your metabolism, decreases depression, cleanses your system, etc. If you do it, don't put anything in your system, not even chewing gum. It's difficult, but worth it.
