Question one tree hill =)?

hello to all ... I in October / November I would like to take a trip in America ... I'm Italian but I would love to visit America because it is my dream ... in particular I would like to visit the North Carolina because my favorite TV show is one tree hill ... then I would stay very close to where the running program, which of you can give me information and advice of any kind is of the weather at that time or that it is better to stay on one side rather than another ... I think as a city is pretty safe right? and if I might say, you know the streets of the places you see more in "One Tree Hill" for example, the house on lucas peiton and brooke ... thank you all for your kindness =)
